When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
If you complete and apply the lessons in this course but are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me in the first 30 days and I will give you a full refund.
How long will this course take?
Technically you could run through this course in a day. Ideally, you will work through this course in 1 to 3 months. Discipline takes time and effort and I really want you to work through the assignments and apply the lessons.

What format is the course in?
This course is primarily text. There are several videos throughout that correspond with the text but are not the exact same. I suggest reading and watching the video when applicable.
What do I need for this course?
I suggest a pen and some paper/a notebook to jot down notes. You'll definitely need a ​pen and paper for the assignments!
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching is right for you if you want clarity and guidance in achieving discipline, being productive, and/or managing your time. I will design a plan for you as well as provide accountability. Coaching from me may not be for you if you struggle to be disciplined/productive because of a deeper issue, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.
How does the coaching work?
This package includes 6 calls (including introductory call) with me and unlimited e-mails. All calls will be held over Zoom (a free service). Our first call will be 30 minutes to 1 hour, where we will go over some questions so I can get to know you better. I will then create a plan for you and we will have a 1-hour call every week for 4 weeks to review the week and plan the next. During our final call we will determine your next steps!

Through this call, I will get to know you better and determine what exactly you are hoping to achieve through coaching. You can also get to know me better and ask me any questions you would like.
