I am passionate about living a healthy, cruelty-free lifestyle, which is where meal prepping can play a huge role! I've been meal prepping vegan meals just about every week for almost 3 years now.
Before weekly meal prepping, myself or my sister would make dinner every single night. That took so much time to plan out and cook every week, and we would end up spending more money or going out to eat because we didn't feel like cooking.
Then, I started meal prepping. However, when I first started prepping, it took me several hours each time and I didn't enjoy eating the same thing everyday. Since then I've gotten the hang of it and it now only takes me a couple of hours, and I enjoy the meals each week! It's a habit that I've grown to love and has definitely contributed to my fitness achievements.
I decided to create this course because many people have asked me why I meal prep and how I prepare my meals (especially as a vegan). So if you're interested in developing a healthy habit that will keep you on track with your goals, you're in the right place!
